Usage Data
Usage Data is collected automatically when You use the Service. Dayto is a dating and social discovery app. Some information You provide is intended to be visible to other users. Visible information may include Your display name, age, gender, photos, bio, city or general location, prompts, preferences, interests, languages, education, profession, verification badges, and interaction status where applicable.
Private information such as exact address, internal account identifiers, authentication data, and support conversations are not intended to be publicly displayed.
Anonymous Photo Mode
Dayto may provide an anonymous photo or privacy mode that lets users hide or blur their photos from other users. When enabled, other users may see profile details while photos appear blurred or locked according to the app design. This feature improves user control, but no digital privacy feature can guarantee absolute secrecy.
Location, Photos, Camera, and Verification
Dayto may use location information to show relevant profiles, improve matching, support filters, prevent misuse, and improve safety. Location may be approximate or precise depending on Your Device settings.
Dayto may request access to Your camera or photo library so You can upload profile photos, reorder and manage photos, create a profile, or verify Your profile. Photos may be uploaded to Our servers or Service Provider systems so they can be displayed in the app.
Messages and Communications
Dayto may process messages, chat requests, pings, likes, matches, and other interactions to provide communication features. We may review messages or related metadata when a user reports content, when We investigate abuse or safety risks, when required by law, or when needed to enforce Our policies.
